VICI DESIGN SHIPPING & TASTING BOX POLICY

At Vici Design, our custom event cakes are strictly for local pick-up or hand-delivery. The only items available for shipping are our signature Cake Tasting Boxes. Because these boxes contain fresh, perishable baked goods, we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping & Express Delivery

  • Express Shipping Only: To maintain optimal freshness, all tasting boxes are shipped exclusively via express courier services.

  • Delivery Delays: While we ship your boxes promptly, Vici Design is not liable for courier transit delays caused by weather, high seasonal volume, or carrier errors.

  • Transit Damage & Consumption: If your tasting box is significantly delayed in transit, Vici Design is not liable if you choose to consume the baked goods after an extended delay. For your own safety and the best flavor experience, we advise against eating products that have been held up in transit past their expected delivery window.

Our Freshness Guarantee: Replacements

We are a small business dedicated to quality and safety, and we want you to experience our flavors exactly as intended! If your tasting box is delayed by the carrier, lost, or arrives compromised:

  • Complimentary Reshipment: We will happily bake, pack, and send you a brand-new replacement tasting box at no extra cost to ensure you get the fresh, high-quality experience you deserve.

Allergen & Cross-Contact Disclaimer

Your health and safety are incredibly important to us. Please note the following regarding our kitchen environment:

  • Cross-Contact Risk: While we follow strict sanitization protocols and do our absolute best to prevent cross-contamination, Vici Design operates an artisanal kitchen that handles common food allergens (including but not limited to wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts).

  • Assumption of Risk: There is always a minor inherent risk of airborne or surface cross-contact. Vici Design is not liable for any allergic reactions. If you or your guests have a severe, life-threatening food allergy, we kindly advise exercising caution.
